Are you an ambitious and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager ready to lead global marketing initiatives? We are seeking a talented professional to develop and execute demand capture campaigns for LinkedIn marketing solutions products on a global scale. This pivotal role involves targeting high-potential prospects, new advertisers, and re-engaging churned customers in close collaboration with our sales team to drive significant revenue growth.

As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will craft compelling marketing campaigns and conduct A/B tests across LinkedIn ads, email, and web channels. You will manage campaign performance to meet agreed targets and analyze results for continuous optimization and growth. This highly cross-functional position requires close partnership with Growth Marketing, Sales, GTM Ops, Marketing Ops, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, and other internal or agency teams.

We are looking for a self-starter who is curious, eager to learn, and capable of articulating clear and compelling strategies while delving into the details to optimize programs. A proven track record as a strong cross-functional collaborator is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns to meet lead generation and revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with growth marketing, sales, content marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations to develop and execute end-to-end multi-channel campaigns.

  • Define campaign strategy with a test-and-learn approach, managing external agencies in content and design development across LinkedIn ads, email, and web channels.

  • Monitor and manage campaign performance, analyzing engagement, lead volume, and sales funnel conversion rates to generate actionable insights.

  • Communicate strategy, insights, updates, and results to stakeholders and leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of growth marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to set and own a roadmap, driving strategy to execution.

  • Creative marketer with a passion for understanding the audience and designing programs that inspire action.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills.

  • Experience analyzing data to generate actionable insights and program improvements, driving innovation, and conducting A/B tests to enhance performance.

  • Ability to prioritize, balance multiple projects, and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results.

  • Experience collaborating across time zones to develop global strategies.

  • Strong ability to collaborate, build deep relationships with colleagues, and influence functional teams to achieve goals.

  • Experience working with Sales teams. Direct Sales experience or prior roles working closely with Sales leadership is a plus.

  • Fluency in any of the following languages: German, French, Dutch.
