Overview
The Azure Infra role is focused on driving customer outcomes and value through the use of Microsoft Azure technologies. This position involves leading migration and modernization efforts, engaging with customers, collaborating with various departments, and identifying strategic customers to foster growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Migration and Modernization : Serve as the overall migration and modernization Azure sales lead, including migration for Windows Server, SQL Server, and Linux.
Customer Engagement : Drive customer outcomes and value by leveraging Microsoft Azure technologies. This includes actioning digital signals and hunting for new opportunities.
Collaboration : Work closely with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure successful project delivery.
Strategic Customers : Identify and nurture strategic customers to drive growth and success. Focus on building long-term relationships and understanding their unique needs to provide tailored solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Mastery : Expertise in Azure Infrastructure, including knowledge of AI and other leading technologies.
Sales and Marketing : Ability to construct and execute campaigns and offers, including direct mail blasts, webinars, and 1:1 engagements.
Customer Relationship Management : Strong skills in managing customer interactions and driving customer satisfaction.
Additional Details
Enablement Events : Participate in enablement sessions, community calls, and regional feedback sessions to stay updated on the latest strategies and resources.
Tools and Resources : Utilize tools like MSX, IAP, LXP, and AMM to drive customer engagement and achieve sales targets.
