Robert Half Compensation Manager (Laurie P) in Duluth, Georgia

Description

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Duluth, GA area that is looking add a Compensation Manager to their team. This is a newly created position due to growth! As a Compensation Manager, you will be expected to handle compensation analysis, administration, and benchmarking, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the compensation administration process.

• Conduct compensation benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive remuneration.

• Handle the compensation for base, executive, international, and commission-based roles.

• Carry out compensation analysis to evaluate and revise the company's compensation structure.

• Manage the annual compensation review process.

• Coordinate global compensation initiatives to ensure consistency across different geographical locations.

• Conduct compensation surveys to gather and analyze data.

• Manage incentive compensation and stock compensation plans.

• Oversee the sales compensation process to ensure it aligns with the company's objectives.

• Apply strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in managing base compensation

• Familiarity with international compensation norms and regulations is a plus

• Expertise in compensation administration and related processes

• Strong analytical skills to conduct thorough compensation analysis

• Ability to benchmark compensation in line with industry standards

• Experience in managing commission-based compensation

• Proficiency in annual compensation planning and execution

• Experience with conducting and analyzing compensation surveys

• Understanding of global compensation strategies and implementation

• Experience in designing and managing incentive compensation programs

• Familiarity with sales compensation strategies and implementation

• Expertise in stock compensation management and related regulations a plus

Experience with Workday configuration and Advanced Compensation Module administration
