Over two amazing years, you will go through three goal-oriented assignments, where you'll quickly acquire a broad knowledge, experience our business from different perspectives and gain a deep understanding of Siemens and mobility in particular. During the assignment abroad at one of our 1,700 worldwide locations, you will improve your intercultural competence and become 8a more effective communicator across cultures.

• A permanent employment contract from day one

• 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard

You´ll win us over by:

• An excellent Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree or equivalent to one of the below:

*Engineering (Electrical / Industrial / Electromechanical / Electrotechnical / Electronics/ Mechanical / Computer)

*Business Information Systems / Business Informatics / Digital Business

*Computer Science / IT Technology

*Management & Technology / International Management

*Natural Sciences

*Railway or Rail Transportation studies

• Significant practical work experience in the industrial sector and knowledge from internships, working student activities or similar

• A minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying and / or working abroad

• Your passion for Digitalization and Mobilty

• Fluency in English

• Fluency or Intermediate level in German (not required for all vacancies)

• Flueny is any Nordic or Slavic language is a plus (not required for all vacancies)

• Flexibility and mobility within the program duration
