Your Role:

Work on multiple drafting/modeling platforms to develop engineering drawings for various projects nationwide. Provide a full range of drawing production and organization across multiple disciplines, including structural, pipeline, site civil, and process design. Produce complete plans based on verbal descriptions and rough sketches provided by a registered professional Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit 3D modeling software. Coordinate with other disciplines to minimize rework and maximize efficiency. Responsible for the setup and maintenance of discipline-specific drawings throughout the design process.

Qualifications: Associate's degree of completion in CAD drafting or related field from a technical trade school required. 2 years of drafting and design experience using latest versions of either Civil 3D or Revit. Preferably uses higher-level commands, time-saving programs and routines. Experience using advanced Autocad functions, including Sheet Set Manager, Xref Manager, Tool Palettes and Design Center preferred. For Revit users, experience using Revit view templates, worksets, and working on collaborative models preferred for Revit users. For Civil 3D users, experience using Civil 3D to generate profiles, creating and manipulating surfaces, using pressure pipe networks Experience using Plant 3D, AutoCAD P&ID, Infraworks, and Bentley Microstation is considered a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member. Must be able to exercise independent judgement and work to achieve generally stated objectives and requirements.
