Job Description: As a Product Owner, you'll be at the forefront of our healthcare analytics initiatives, translating customer needs into actionable product features. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-value, market-leading solutions that delight our customers and confound our competitors. Key Responsibilities: Craft user stories and acceptance test criteria for features Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements for engineering teams Identify Minimum Viable Product features and iterate rapidly based on user feedback Collaborate with Strategic Product Owners and Managers to align with market needs Lead discussions with development teams to support core competencies and key features Prioritize user stories to maximize business value and align with product strategy Participate in systems requirements, testing, training, and product rollout Manage product roadmaps and ensure alignment with the overall product vision Act as a liaison between business, product, and development teams Support product marketing efforts, including technical specifications and case studies Required Basic Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in software product ownership, technical product management, business analysis, or technical team leadership within a large matrix organization Relevant agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master) Ability to translate customer needs into product design documentation Experience creating and decomposing features, writing user stories, and test acceptance criteria Demonstrated understanding of business intelligence, analytics, data warehousing, or data engineering Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare experience preferred Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent Data engineering and delivery experience in healthcare Experience with healthcare interoperability Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $60.00-$73.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
