The Opportunity

The National Investment Team – Edmonton is looking for a new teammate who specializes in Graphic Design and wants to be a key contributor to the team’s success and best-in-class deliverables. We are looking for a resourceful graphic designer who will be responsible for all things creative, while working in a highly collaborative, open-concept team environment.

What the Graphic Designer is responsible for:

  • Envisioning, creating and executing all client-facing marketing materials, specifically Marketing Flyers, comprehensive Confidential Information Memorandums and Strategic Advisory Proposals.

  • Developing and executing brand, property marketing and social media content for team and client projects.

  • Managing and supporting the day-to-day design requests from the team and clients.

  • Specific thought and recommendations on how to evolve existing client-facing deliverables

  • You have a keen eye for design and possess strong writing and organizational skills.

What We Require

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Specific experience with and knowledge of Adobe InDesign.

  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Experience and/or interest in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.

  • Strong editing and writing skills.

  • Someone who wants to join a true team and atmosphere that thrives because of in-person connectivity.

  • Someone who is happy working in-office five days a week.
