Based in Eger, Hungary, as a Quality Engineer you will be primarily responsible for the professional support of production in collaboration with partner departments.

As a member of Emerson Discrete Automation, AVENTICS is one of the leading brands of pneumatic components and systems as well as individual applications. As one of Emerson's largest pneumatics factories, the Eger factory has been offering products and services for machine manufacturing and industrial automation for more than 50 years.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support daily production, if quality intervention needed

• Manages the problem solving team and ensure there are no obstacles

• Act as quality representative in projects (product development, relocation, improvement)

• Coordinate the product sampling-, and product audit process

• Conduct process audits

• Supervise and control own quality KPIs

Who You Are:

• You are passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity. You continuously push yourself to achieve new goals and are not afraid to question the status quo by proposing creative solutions to problems.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Degree in technical/electrical/quality engineering

• Minimum 1 year industry experience within quality engineering environment

• English knowledge – intermediate level; Hungarian knowledge - professional level

• Team player, action orientated and driving results with practical attitude

• Ability to work independently and accurately

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Background in continuous improvement and root cause analysis

• In addition to Hungarian and English, communication skills in another foreign language
