We are looking for a Quality Engineer to temporarily cover a medical leave from May to September.

If you have experience in quality assurance, process analysis, and regulatory compliance, this is a great opportunity to join our team on a temporary basis and contribute your expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Test systems and procedures to ensure they meet technical standards and create quality documentation.

• Identify technical issues and get to the root of the problem, proactively recommending solutions to improve product durability and overall performance.

• Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are.

• Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements.

• Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 and IATF requirements.

• Determine quality metrics for all procedures.

• Monitor process performance and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.

• Identify the root of issues and recommend fixes.

• Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions.

• Review quality documentation.

• Set and track quality assurance goals.

• Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance.

• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.

• Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Promote and implement sustainability policies, procedures, and general improvements.

• Provide support to all functional areas to develop their standard processes, seeking the best and leaner solutions, and following best practices to meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Ensure LDM compliance with industry norms and standards, including but not limited to ISO and IATF.

• Foster and maintain a 5S lean program.

• 3 years of work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.

• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.

• In-depth understanding of technical documentation.

• Familiarity with statistical analysis.

• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong team spirit.

• Good analytical skills.

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.

• Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.

• Positive attitude
