This is a temporary position for a test engineer working Critical Digital programs. There will be work performed on a New Program. The candidate will be working on New Development Digital Hardware & Software effort. The candidate will support the design of a program related Test Station as well as multiple Panels. The candidate will analyze and evaluate new or improved electronic components as well as, including circuit theory, computer design and development, and instrumentation. The effort will require IV&V and System Delivery to the Customer.
What You Will Do
Support the Test Station Design, Checkout, and Integration, Verification & Validation (IV&V) STE.
Mentor Raytheon employees, transitioning knowledge.
Development of Test Procedures (TPs), Special Instructions (SIs), etc.
Qualifications You Must Have
Digital Test Station Design knowledge
Digital Experience
Software Support Experience
Special Test Equipment (STE) Design Experience
10+ years of professional Electrical & Electronics engineering experience
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications we prefer:
Digital Design Engineering Experience
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with specialty in Analog and Digital Design

The salary range for this role is $53.85 to $92.33. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
