Job Title: Assembler 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Assembler on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will be comfortable being on their feet for the entirety of the day, able to work collaboratively with others, and willing to be cross-trained in various areas.

Responsibilities

• Document received items in the Receiving area.

• Manually press a button for the Factory Reset process.

• Plug in up to 32 units for Automatic Testing to determine necessary repairs.

• Conduct Wi-Fi Tests.

• Perform Elevated Temperature Tests.

• Carry out Cosmetic Cleaning.

• Execute Cosmetic Repairs.

• Perform In Process Quality Control (IPQC).

• Prepare kits in the Kit area.

• Palletize items for AT&T in the Pack Out/Pallet Build area.

• Ship completed products.

• Strong attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with assembly, packing, and repair.

• Familiarity with test equipment, RF scanner, computer, blueprint reading, and power tools.

• General labor experience.

Work in a brand new facility built specifically for our needs, located in Elgin, IL. The site features a locker area and cafeteria with refrigerators and microwaves. Conveniently located .5 mile north of I-90 and .5 mile south of Route 72, near Randall Road, and close to gas stations and restaurants.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
