Assembly & Production | Elgin, IL

2nd Shift | $18/hr

Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and team-focused Production Associates who are comfortable being on their feet for the entirety of the day. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with others and the willingness to be cross-trained in various areas. This position can interview and start as soon as next week! Responsibilities

• Receiving: Documenting what is received.

• Factory Reset: Manually pressing a button to reset.

• Automatic Test (Plug In): Plugging in up to 32 units to determine what needs to be repaired, with longer cycle times of 60-90 minutes.

• Wi-Fi Test

• Elevated Test: Conducting temperature tests.

• Cosmetic Clean

• Cosmetic Repair

• IPQC (In Process Quality Control)

• Kit Assembly

• Pack Out/Pallet Build: Palletizing for AT&T in kits.

• Shipping

Essential Skills

• Experience in assembly, packing, and repair.

• Skills in soldering, test equipment, RF scanner, and computer usage

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable being on their feet for the entirety of the day

• Ability to work with others

• Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas

• Hand dexterity

• Punctuality

Shift Available

• 4pm – 2:30am Monday – Thursday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
