Description:Job Title: Finance Manager Job Type: Full-time , Office- In person Work Hours: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM Location: 630 Proctor Ave NW, Elk River MN 55330 Beaudry Oil & Propane is currently seeking a full-time Finance Manager to join our growing team. The Finance Manager is responsible for administering and overseeing all the financial operations all while playing a critical role in the company's financial success and managing the financial divisions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement policies for the finance and account department * Monitoring cash flow and identifying financial risks * Analyze expenditures and develop budget plan * Manage and oversees all financial affairs for the organization * Developing financial projections and forecasting * Managing the preparation of financial statements and reports * Manage, direct, and control daily processes * Verify system and processes in place and make changes whenever necessary * Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations * Providing financial analysis and advice on company financial decisions * Create strategic business plans by analyzing the company's status and financial forecasts * Provide support to the COO and President * Handle negotiations for mergers, acquisitions, and the establishment of new divisions within the company * Manage and oversees the accounting and customer service staff Requirements:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) * Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field * CMA, ACA, ACCA, or CPA * Minimum of 7 years of experience * Strong knowledge of accounting principles * Understanding and knowledge of financial markets and regulatory requirements * Excellent Analytical communication and leadership skills If you have a passion for finance and management and a desire to succeed, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
