- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or equivalent field of study
- Ability to obtain and maintain a professional engineering license
- Ability to properly operate computer aided design programs and geographic information systems software
- Excellent organizational, communication skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures and practices
- Ability to read/interpret detailed prints, sketches, layouts, specifications, and maps, and prepare detailed reports, such as financial statements and product feasibility
