Job Description

Your Schedule:

• Shift: Overnights with occasional evening shifts

• Status: Part-Time (24 hours per pay period)

What You'll Do:

• Answer, manage, and direct incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Provide accurate information and facilitate communication between callers and medical staff.

• Assess caller needs and escalate calls to nursing staff when necessary.

• Handle clerical outbound calls for appointment reminders, surveys, and registration.

• Manage and document complaint handling processes, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

• Maintain databases, generate reports, and track revenue for billing and administrative purposes.

• Support the office environment through supply management, policy upkeep, and collaboration with internal departments.

What We're Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of clerical experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new computer applications quickly.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Physical Demands:

• Work is performed in a typical professional office environment.

• Regular use of computer and telephone systems.

• No CPR certification required.
