Arnot Health Client Service Representative - Health on Demand in Elmira, New York
Job Description
Your Schedule:
Shift: Overnights with occasional evening shifts
Status: Part-Time (24 hours per pay period)
What You'll Do:
Answer, manage, and direct incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information and facilitate communication between callers and medical staff.
Assess caller needs and escalate calls to nursing staff when necessary.
Handle clerical outbound calls for appointment reminders, surveys, and registration.
Manage and document complaint handling processes, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Maintain databases, generate reports, and track revenue for billing and administrative purposes.
Support the office environment through supply management, policy upkeep, and collaboration with internal departments.
What We're Looking For:
High School diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of clerical experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new computer applications quickly.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Physical Demands:
Work is performed in a typical professional office environment.
Regular use of computer and telephone systems.
No CPR certification required.
