Identify and select ingredients to follow recipes Scale given recipes to match production needs Sheeting, shaping, and preparing doughs in a modern-manufacturing environment Building composed desserts Making housemade jams, fillings, mousses, etc. Topping, finishing, and decorating desserts Adhere to cleanliness and sanitation standards (FDA Guidelines) Perform other duties as assigned Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment Performs other duties as assigned Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, manipulate and carry up to 50 pounds Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
