Our client, a leader in construction materials, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Emlenton, PA

Pay Range: $17/hr

What's the Job?

• Engineered floor joist production that meets safety and construction standards.

• Assembly of raw materials for roofing joists.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs as part of daily tasks.

• Reading and interpreting measurements using a ruler.

• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient production.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with occasional extended hours.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
