We are currently seeking a precise and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Encinitas. This individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our database information by diligently entering, updating, and validating data.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update information in our database systems in a timely manner.

• Review and verify data for accuracy, correcting any inconsistencies or inaccuracies.

• Perform regular backups to safeguard data.

• Respond to data-related queries with accurate, valid, and complete information.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies.

• Regularly update skills and knowledge in the latest data entry practices and related software.

  Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Proven work experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Excellent typing skills with experience in data entry.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
