About you:

You’ll have a deep understanding of the automotive industry and market dynamics to achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to the company's overall sales strategy.

What You'll Be Doing:

As the Director, Strategic Sales OEM, you’ll report to the Managing Director, Connected Services and drive revenue growth by building, cultivating, and managing relationships with automotive OEMs and Charge Point Operators (CPOs), for all Connected Services products and solutions.

• Lead strategic OEM sales activities for the Connected Services business.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Identify and acquire new clients within the automotive OEM and CPO sectors.

• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients and new prospects.

• Build and manage strong sales pipelines to accelerate long sales cycles.

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at automotive OEMs and CPOs.

• Oversee business development projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to build a network of contacts.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Experience and knowledge of the transport industry and vehicle manufacturing OEM business operations.

• Experience in writing and responding to RFI/RFP/RFQ documents.

• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge and understanding of the telematics industry.

• Experience with EV charging infrastructure and CPOs.

• Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly German, French, Spanish, and/or Italian.
