Job Description:

We are seeking an Estimator with over 3 years of experience estimating ground up commercial projects and at least 5 years in the construction GC industry. While we are ideally seeking a high level level candidate, we are open to training the right individual. Candidates must have experience estimating ground up commercial projects. We are also looking for hard bid experience. Software like Building Connected, Onscreen, Bluebeam. In this role, you will work fully in-office in Southern Denver and you will do site visits throughout Denver Metro. Fuel card is provided.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience at a GC

• At least 3 years of estimating experience

Work Environment:

This is a fully in-office role based in Southern Denver.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
