Crescent Hotels and Resorts Front Desk Manager in Englewood, Colorado
Description
Compensation: $60,000 Per Year
Schedule: 5-day work week with open availability. Must be able to work, Holidays, Weekends, AM or PM shift(s) based on Hotel Business Demands.
Start Date: First week of April 2025

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the front desk
Manage a team of front desk agents
Ensure exceptional guest service at all times
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate
Respond to guest’s special requests, needs, problems, issues and concerns and accommodate groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business
Implement company programs and supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk to comply with SOPS and LSOPs, maximize revenues, and motivate associates to ensure an optimal level of quality service and hospitality are provided to the hotel customers.-Supervise the Guest Service Agents
Remain calm and alert, especially during emergency situations and/or heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for clerks and other employees
Resolve customer complications and complaints by conducting thorough research of the situation and determining the most effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a front desk or hotel management role required to be considered for this position
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Front Desk Manager required preferably with Hilton experience.
Full-Service Experience or Resort Experience for the position
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry trends
