Technical Customer Service Representative

Start Date: March 2025

Pay Range: $20-21/hr

Contract Length: 3 month contract to hire

Worksite Location: Englewood, CO 80110

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative specializing in outdoor fire features, you’ll be responsible for

handling inquiries from customers. Your primary tasks will include:

· Inquiry Handling: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, or chat channels.

· Product Information: Providing detailed information about products, pricing, and orders.

· Troubleshooting: Clarifying customer questions by researching and locating relevant information.

· Warranty Support: Addressing warranty and technical queries, collecting necessary details, and ensuring appropriate resolution.

· Custom Requests: Facilitating design and custom requests, including generating quotes and sharing dealer information.

· Order Processing: Entering orders accurately into the ERP system.

· Returns Management: Organizing returns by documenting, checking in, categorizing, and processing them.

· Daily Volume: Handling approximately 10-15 calls per day, each lasting around 10-15 minutes.

· Group Communication: Collaborating with colleagues via a shared group email.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
