Robert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with a New Home Builder in Colorado seeking a VP of Finance.

The VP of Finance should have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 7 years of experience.

The VP of Finance should have New Home Builder experience.

The VP of Finance should have management experience as this person will have a team under them.

The VP of Finance should have experience with budgeting, forecasting, job cost etc.

The VP of Finance should be a great communicator.

Requirements • Must hold a position as a VP/Director of Finance or similar role for a minimum of 5 years

• Proficient in 3M and other Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential

• Familiarity with CapEx, CRM, and other Accounting Functions

• Proven expertise in Auditing, Budget Processes, and Capital Management

• Must be able to perform Cash Flow Analysis and Budgeting - Forecasting tasks efficiently

• Adept in handling complex financial data and making strategic financial decisions

• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

• Proven track record of managing large budgets and financial planning

• Must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field would be advantageous.
