Ephrata National Bank Deposit Operations Supervisor in Ephrata, Pennsylvania
Summary:
This position is responsible for leading the deposit operations team on various operational related tasks and processes. The team is responsible for the day to day operational functions for the deposit systems, products and services. Supervises and controls the development, implementation, and daily functions of the Bank's Deposit Operations team. Partner with other functional areas to assist in the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of processes to promote and ensure quality across the organization. The position is also responsible for the learning, development and coaching of the team members including job mentorship and guidance.

- Provide high level of leadership that results in the teams achieving a high level of productivity and goals.
- Troubleshoot service issues and coordinates with various departments if necessary in the identification and resolution of operational issues. Identify situations impacting customers to determine and implement solutions in a timely manner to service both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with other internal leaders and team members to ensure Deposit Operations is providing a high level of customer service
- Deliver operational, technical and functional expertise in the development of departmental policies and procedures. Continually evaluate policies and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and adjust when necessary.
- Effectively manage staff levels to ensure that all daily operational functions and processes are done within the acceptable timeframes set forth by procedures or internal controls.
- Assist in daily deposit operational functions.
- Responsible for coordination in preparing documentation for auditors.
- Provide coaching and development to staff.
- Adhere to and remain up to date on all Banking and Industry State and Federal regulations and laws.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
- 4-5 years Deposit Operations or Branch Banking experience
- Demonstrated excellent business decision making skills
- Demonstrated excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of banking procedures

Supervisory Requirements:
This position supervises a team of 3 to 6 individuals in a single team structure.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, monitors, mouse, keyboard, phones, printers, scanners, photocopiers, filing cabinets, calculator, and fax machines. Physical Demands:

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work, may vary, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a. . to 6:30 p.m. Flexibility of schedule to meet business needs is required.
Travel:
Local travel between offices will be required on occasion.
