ManpowerGroup Customer Service Rep in Eugene, Oregon

Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Last Mile Department, supporting customers and business partners to ensure delivery commitments are met. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Customer Service Representative I

Location : Eugene, OR

Pay Range : [Insert Pay Range]

Schedule : Flexible Monday-Saturday, between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM (5 days a week, 8-hour shifts excluding breaks)

What’s the Job?

  1. Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via telephone and email.

  2. Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.

  3. Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.

  4. Monitor progress of delivery routes, scan haul-away pods, and verify stamps.

  5. Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

What’s Needed?

  1. Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  2. High school diploma or equivalent.

  3. 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment.

  4. Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.

  5. Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
