ManpowerGroup Day shift Formulations Operator in Eugene, Oregon

Our client, a Biotech Industry leader, is seeking a Formulations Operator II to join their team. As a Formulations Operator II, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the final formulation of various biotech products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Formulations Operator II

Location: Fully Onsite, Eugene, OR

Pay Range: $19

What’s the Job?

  1. Perform production and quality analysis of reagents, components, and finished products.

  2. Operate and monitor production equipment, making necessary adjustments.

  3. Work in standard and cleanroom environments adhering to PPE requirements.

  4. Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely.

  5. Follow and document SOPs and Work Instructions accurately.

What’s Needed?

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS in a related life science discipline preferred.

  2. Proficiency in packaging techniques and handling chemicals.

  3. Ability to follow instructions without deviation and work in a fast-paced environment.

  4. Experience with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is a plus.

  5. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
