Job Title: Communications Operator Reports To: Communications Supervisor

Overview: The Communications Operator ensures effective communication and coordination across various departments and emergency services. This role involves operating advanced communication equipment to maintain safety and respond to emergencies 24/7.

Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to alarms and communication systems for multiple departments. - Dispatch personnel for emergencies and service requests. - Maintain documentation related to emergency equipment and services. - Handle resident and guest room reservations, including related paperwork. - Support reception desk during non-business hours and breaks. - Monitor intercom systems and handle package deliveries. - Create and maintain various administrative documents.

Education & Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED required; college credits in communication or computers preferred. - First responder, and CPR Preferred. - Strong documentation and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements: - Ability to operate equipment and sit for extended periods. - Lift up to 10 pounds and manage various communication tasks.
