PURPOSE : TheAutomationTechIntern willassisttheESSteam with various research, development, documentation, basicprojectand generaltechnicaltasks. The ideal candidate will be amotivated,self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in the field of automation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and apply safety standards tomaintaina safe working environment

• Assistwith research tasks fornew technology,componentresearch, vendor information, etc.

• Assistwith general documentation tasks centered around project development, project management, data collection, etc.

• Handle basic project related and engineering tasks as needed.

• Support theESSteams as needed.

Qualifications

• Motivated, self-starter, with a willingness to grow and learn new skills.

• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel,Powerpoint

• Currentlystudying in a technical or engineering related field.

• Reasoning, analytical, andproblem solvingskills.

• Ability to work well in a goal oriented, team environment.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience withAutoCador other design software.
