DXC Technology Document Digitization Specialist - ONSITE Evendale, OH Evendale, Ohio

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

  • Digitize paper documents and load into the approved repository. This task includes a quality check of the digital load to ensure that the data is complete and legible

  • Assists in performing administrative responsibilities such as entering information into databases and producing simple statistical reports and presentations

  • Support requests for Engineering Master reproductions either using plotter or digital scanning method when requested

  • When requested, load PDF drawings into the approved repository

  • Assist in coordinating cleanup/removal of aged equipment, cabinets and obsolete material

  • Maintain an organized repository of archival documents and maintain the document inventory database

  • Gathers and enters information in accordance with established procedures to ensure quality

  • May conduct inspections to ensure established quality guidelines are adhered to

Mandatory Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.

  • Two or more years of administrative back office working experience

  • Preparation of documents for digitization

  • Conversion of information into digital form

  • Editing of the digitized documents and their storage methods

  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), MS Teams, etc.

  • Ability to work in business applications (mainly web based)

  • Experience working with company products and operating systems

  • This position is onsite. Candidates are required to commute to the office when necessary

  • It is expected, at this time, that you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 90%
