Supplier Quality Representative, The Boeing Company, Everett, WA:

Plan, organize, and conduct onsite audits of Boeing procured material, parts, and assemblies. Assess supplier capability and capacity to perform work and comply with Boeing specifications, engineering documents, and other contractual and regulatory requirements. Create presentations and present to senior management and other stakeholders. Conduct root cause and corrective action analysis and implement appropriate preventative action. Provide education on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues, and company initiatives. Conduct source inspections and delegate product acceptance responsibility to suppliers. Develop training materials and other resources to support improvements in supplier performance and productivity. Identify risks and hold suppliers accountable for the mitigation of said risks. Design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination.

Pursuant to the Revised Code of Washington to provide the salary range, the offered wage for this role is $144,130 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience.

Alternatively, the employer will accept a master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Applying and deploying Advanced Product Quality Planning, Production Part Approval Process, or the AS9145 Aerospace standard in an automotive, aerospace, oil, or gas manufacturing setting;
  • Utilizing Failure Mode effects Analysis, Control Plans, Statistical Process Control, and Measurement Systems Analysis tools;
  • Performing regulatory compliance assessments in an automotive, aerospace, oil, or gas manufacturing setting; and
  • Manufacturing systems, including machining, fabrication and assembly, and electronics assembly.

The position requires travel to various unanticipated worksite locations throughout the U.S. When not required on-site, up to 60% telecommuting permitted Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
