Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate school records Communicate with students, staff, families, and public Prepare a variety of written communications Use and maintain Infinite Campus/Food Service program, SmartFinance program, and Frontline Staff Absence Management program. Complete the required reporting and data submissions Manage, collect, and prepare athletic forms, fees, rosters, etc. Manage money and activity funds, maintain accurate records of revenue, expenses and account balances Collect and deposit funds from ticket sales, fundraising events, and student organization activities. Assist coaches, advisors, and staff with budget planning and expenditure tracking. Manage financial transactions, including invoices, vendor payments, and supply orders. Coordinate financial aspects of extracurricular events, including ticket sales, payments, reimbursements, purchase orders and cash handling procedures. Prepare financial summaries for events and reconcile funds collected. Other duties assigned by the principal and superintendent.
