Job Title: Blending Machine Operator

Job Description

Operate the Mill and Blending machines for the main mill. Lead a team of 2-5 members on your shift. Weigh and mix ingredients, make adjustments to machines based on the product and packaging size, and ensure every package is barcoded for traceability. Use computers to create labels and manually stack bags onto pallets. Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and dump totes of raw product into the mills.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packaging, production environment, general labor, forklift operation, and machine operation

• Knowledge of food production and GMP

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• High integrity and character

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Not allergic or sensitive to wheat, sesame, coconut, oats, or dust

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.50/hr.
