POSITION DUTIES:

1.

Create expert UI/UX design concepts.

2.

Research the industry to develop best of class product experiences.

3.

Generate web design and development processes with little management direction or guidance.

4.

Manage and perform UI usage data collection and interpretation to improve the usability of the applications.

5.

Use CSS at a high level to implement web features.

6.

Provide technical leadership to the engineering team.

7.

Responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of UI/UX designs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1.

Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related, and 24 months experience, or a Bachelors in the same and 5 years experience.

2.

Experience should be as a UI/UX Designer, UI/UX Intern, Software Developer, or closely related, and include the following:

a.

Experience with the industry standard design tool - Figma.

b.

Experience with WCAG standards and inclusive design practices.

c.

Experience applying concepts across various platforms while considering user-needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

d.

Experience analyzing requirements and evaluating different approaches to meet the requirements.

e.

Experience in the telephony industry.

3.

All experience can be gained concurrently, before, during, or after the degree earned.
