Job Summary

Coordinates and supervises the activities for designated work area.

Job Duties Lead day-to-day work activities, readily respond to team members' issues and concerns and ensure all coordination of shipping materials and trucking schedules are completed according to customer requirements and company standards Coordinate with other departments, outside vendors and/or suppliers regarding customer concerns, materials or quality concerns Process, verify, route, and appropriately store, order, deliver, track and maintain various supplies and materials in accordance with prescribed storage and delivery methods per Company and customer requirements Manage and execute the inventory process working with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure all critical requirements are covered Coordinate shipping materials and trucking schedules Identify root cause integrity discrepancies in shipping/receiving and warehouse Responsible for inbound receipts and put-away in inventory locations Enter receiver information into ERP system, reconcile any variances and coordinate warehouse locations for material. Confirm components received are accurate and process receipts Assist in investigating inventory related issues Schedule and coordinate the daily flow of receiving activity and supervise material handling team Run daily reports Perform inventory audits and department audits when needed Complete all required system entries Ensure that department output meets organizational expectation Guide the manufacturing/operations team in interpreting existing processes and policies and assist in the development of efficiencies or process improvements Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately Run daily reports Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.) Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education Perform work under minimal supervision Handle complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff Possess comprehensive working knowledge of subject matter 4 to 6 years of experience Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group Powered industrial equipment certification preferred
