About the Role

You will lead a team responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering exceptional content for the UK business. Leading the UK Analytical Ed Ops team to drive improvements in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction. You will also play an integral role in driving employee engagement and enabling a high team performance. Leading the team to execute on core deliverables and go-to-market initiatives while continually optimizing our processes and prioritizing our people.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing digital and print analytical content delivery; editorial product quality, accuracy, timeliness, and cost management across UK portfolio

  • Collaborating with commercial stakeholders to create new analytical content opportunities to drive the customer experience and engage with executive leaders to ensure they are well-informed about progress and performance, and strategic alignment

  • Developing meaningful metrics and analytics

  • Executing automation and driving adoption of global tools and systems delivery

  • Actively managing the budget to ensure meeting of financial targets

  • Driving a culture that encourages learning, AI-first thinking, and thoughtful and timely decision-making

The incumbent is expected to travel occasionally as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience leading and managing an Operations function, preferably in editorial/publishing/content management

  • Strong process-orientation

  • Business/commercial acumen; quantitative and analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience supporting a team through organizational transformation/change

  • Experience cross-collaborating across global regions and functions
