The Role:

We are seeking a Warehouse leader to join our team.

Job description

· Managing and optimizing warehouse processes in accordance with the operational plan.

· Coordinating and supporting the team, motivating employees, and fostering the development of their skills.

· Supervising the quality of work, inventory control, warehouse condition, and organization.

· Implementing new projects and changes in production and internal logistics processes.

· Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, labor law, and fire safety regulations.

· Monitoring warehouse operation efficiency and implementing improvements (Lean, Six Sigma).

· Collaborating with the production, logistics, and purchasing departments to ensure the continuity of the supply chain.

· Responsible for reporting warehouse results and analyzing performance data.

· Ensuring compliance with sustainability practices and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Secondary or higher education (business, technical)

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position in an international manufacturing company

• Solid knowledge of warehouse management support systems

• Good knowledge of English

• Ability to negotiate, make decisions and good organizational skills

• Knowledge of customs regulations

• Driving license
