Seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a 6 month contract in Fenton, MO! This opportunity will focus primarily on onboarding, orientations and employee relations. Experience in other facets of HR such as learning and development and benefits will be a plus. Monday-Thursday are on-site, Fridays can be worked remotely. Responsibilities

• Define and deliver training programs, skills development and compliance regulations

• Investigate employee concerns; identify trends and themes while providing recommendations to resolve issues

• Assist with performance reviews, compensation and benefits enrollment

• Process employee onboarding, assist with paperwork completion, I9 verification and screening checks

• Plan and help facilitate new hire orientation
