The University of Findlay (www.findlay.edu{rel="nofollow"}) is seeking a full-time Annual Giving and The Wolfe Center for Alumni, Parents & Friends Specialist. The specialist provides direct clerical and administrative support to the Office of Annual Giving and The Wolfe Center for Alumni, Parents & Friends.

A high school diploma, with 18 months of office experience is required. The candidate must be interested in marketing and graphic design. The candidate must possess some graphic design capabilities with a strong desire to learn; experience with software and office equipment; Microsoft Office Suite, Raiser's Edge, web base competency, fax, printers, letter folder; and comfort with securing professional appointments for development purposes via telephone conversation. Preference given to candidates possessing some coursework in database management and project management, and prior office administrative experience. A valid US Drivers' license with a safe driving record is required.
