Job Title: BIM SpecialistJob Description

Seeking a skilled BIM Specialist to assist in developing project-based BIM implementation documents, such as BIM Execution Plans and MEP coordination, to achieve project goals. The candidate will identify clash detection issues, run trade coordination meetings, and address design and trade issues in current models. Responsibilities also include building virtual construction models from plans, specifications, and design models, creating 2D/3D site layout points and lift drawings, processing laser scan data, deriving material quantities for cost control, producing 4D schedules, and compiling as-built model data for project close-out. The role also involves creating and customizing 3D library content and utilizing construction technologies such as drones and robotic total stations.
