Need FT Apartment Maintenance Technician.

Must be a self starter, be self-sufficient and have a strong background in Maintenance.Be able to directions.Makes general appliance repairs, basic maintenance functions, basis plumbing and electrical repairs.Performs carpentry, painting and plumbing duties as assigned.Installs appliances and electrical fixtures as needed.Install and/or repairs entrance door locks an deadbolt locks.Handles designated service requests in a timely manner.Reports any maintenance problems - whether you are told or not, if you see a need.

Hourly rate:$20-$27 per hour depending on experience.Works on-call, weekends, holidays and evenings on emergency basis.

Must be able to bend, lift, carry, stoop, crawl, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull.Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.

Must be able to pass background and drug test
