Office Assistant with Advanced Excel Experience
Job Details
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent organizational skills, a good aptitude for math and be excel savvy. This role will be responsible for building excel spreadsheets using the formula functions, entering data to maintain the spreadsheets and analyzing and reporting on the results.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating and Maintaining Excel Spreadsheets
Entering data into the software system
Providing clerical assistance to the other department
Responsible for receiving, organizing and inputting documents
Other general office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Advanced Spreadsheets knowledge/experience
Proficient with Word and Powerpoint programs
Self-starter
Well organized
Detail oriented
Accounting Background preferred
AS400 experience is a plus!
