What Billing Services contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Pricing Support is responsible for proactive research, customer and supplier inquiries, and dispute resolution all with a concentration on customer pricing. Acts as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Serves as subject matter expert for billing support and inquiries. Services multiple customer accounts and/or processes in a fast paced and highly analytical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal/external customers and carriers to root cause issues

• Provide support for the implementation of new customers

• Leads projects focused on: aged volume reduction, process improvement, reduction of manual work, and overall improvement in customer satisfaction

• Work independently to assess problems and provide potential solutions

• Assists in the training of new hires

• Provide support and guidance to other analysts in complex situations

• Performs weekly audits to ensure accuracy prior to invoicing

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred

• 2-4 years experience preferred

• Transportation or Carrier experience highly desired

• Analytical Background

• Strong communication skills

• Excel and/or SQL experience preferred

Anticipated salary range: $55,400-$79,200
