Workforce Analyst Responsibilities:
Devise and maintain complete suite of user-oriented dashboards and meaningful, actionable data visualizations to meet the workforce needs of the business.
Duties include: Work with data infrastructure, tooling and process teams to triage data-quality issues and drive long-term improvement.
Approach and execute data requests, identifying root-cause needs and determine when discrete needs should be regular reports or dashboards.
Operationalize data migrations across all dashboards and reports, ensuring continuity of service and data alignment across resources.
Perform deep-dive analyses to answer questions and deliver insights on the root causes of data issues and make recommendations on how to best monitor and meet them.
Combine qualitative findings and other inputs along with data analytics.
Telecommuting from anywhere in United States is permitted.
Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Analytics, Analytics, or a related field and 12 months of work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Requires 12 months of experience in the following:
- SQL, Python, R, VBA or similar programming language
- Excel, Tableau or other reporting/data manipulation tool
- Combining qualitative findings and other data inputs
- Analyzing data to make comprehensive recommendations for action
- Performing analyses to answer questions and delivering insights on the root causes of data issues, and
- Making recommendations on how to best monitor data repositories and meet business objectives.
Public Compensation:
$172,088/year to $203,280/year + bonus + equity + benefits
