We’re searching for an RN Director who’s passionate about both growth and community-centered care. In this pivotal role, you’ll bring your clinical, leadership, relationship-building, and business skills to develop a thriving office from the ground up, fostering a positive culture where both clients and staff feel supported. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing the full spectrum of office operations while working toward advancement to the role of Director.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day office functions and drive client service excellence, employee engagement, and satisfaction.

• Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and programs that support office growth and quality care.

Qualifications:

• RN License in the state of Tennessee with a four-year college degree.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in the home health industry.

• Proven ability to organize, manage, and grow an office team with a focus on quality care.

• Background in marketing and recruiting is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and networking skills to build relationships with the community and represent BAYADA.

• Ambition for career growth!

• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
