New Hope Industries Job Title:  Facilities and Support Assistant We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Facilities and Support Assistant to join our team at New Hope Industries. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients, including adults with developmental disabilities, by assisting in general maintenance, production services, and transportation needs. You will play a crucial part in helping individuals learn new skills, enhance their independence, foster relationships, and engage with their community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist adults with developmental disabilities in daily activities such as community outings, life skills development, and social interactions.
• Transport individuals to and from day programs and community outings using agency vehicles.
• Support general maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are safe and operational.
• Assist with production services as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Must pass a background check, DOT physical examination, and drug test.
• Valid driver's license with less than 6 points and minimum age of 21.
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility in hours.
