_Position Summary:_
The family care center staff nurse provides quality care to our customers and performs those functions delegated and assigned by the center’s head nurse.
_Training and Continued Education_
Opportunities for further education and training are available to our employees.
_Minimum Education_ * Graduation completed from a school of nursing and current licensure by the Virginia State Board of Nursing to practice as a practical nurse required. * Minimum of one-year medical office experience with proven display of knowledge and skills preferred.
_Required Licenses_ * Current LPN license required. * BLS required within 30 days of hire date. * Must possess a working knowledge of medication use and administration. * Experience documenting in an electronic medical record highly recommended.
