Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks.

• Troubleshoot electrical, electromechanical, robotics, and controls failures.

• Conduct advanced maintenance procedures on plant equipment including AC/DC control circuitry, programmable logic controllers, microprocessor controls, power distribution systems, and computer hardware.

• Make minor mechanical adjustments and replace equipment parts.

• Read and interpret machine manuals/schematics, electrical blueprints/schematics, and process control diagrams.

• Troubleshoot and install 480V electric motor wiring and 120V and 24V DC motor control circuits.

• Program and troubleshoot VFDs, PLCs, and HMIs.

• Effectively interpret fault readings on controllers, PLCs, and variable frequency drives and take appropriate corrective actions.

Shift

• 1st Shift (7am-7pm)

• 3rd shift (7pm-7am)

• 2-2-3 schedule

Work Environment

The food manufacturing facility is climate controlled. Candidates must wear a beard net and hair net. The facility is a 650-person industrial bakery that produces cakes, muffins, and croissants and is expanding with plans to add more production lines. The maintenance team consists of 15 people, including 3 Supervisors and 4 Leads.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $72800.00/yr.
