Role responsibilities:

• Finance Business Partner to EMEA Region and directly supporting key financial performance for the region.

• Ownership of FP&A Process in region, driving continued process improvement and enabling key decision making in region.

• Lead the development, preparation and consolidation of monthly financial forecast and annual plans.

• Lead the development of periodic management presentations and supporting schedules including business reviews, strategic plans, and other leadership presentations, as needed.

• Drive financial process optimization, standardization, and automation across business units (sales & margin forecasting, E&O reduction, ...)

• Analyzes the organization's revenues, liabilities, assets, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term performance.

• Key business partner to functional leaders to drive improved reporting, tracking across full P&L and Cash Flow Statements

• Track spends under various projects to drive project compliance to estimates

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in a leadership role with strong business partnering mindset.

• Degree in finance or accounting

• Strong team player

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent understanding of accounting and finance concepts

• Advanced Excel sills

• Extensive experience with ERP systems (IFS, JDE, Oracle) for reporting purpose.

• Fluent in English
