Job Type: Full-Time Compensation Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year                                                                                              SUMMARY: This position is responsible for understanding and developing the assigned Territory of: PA; NJ; OH; IN, to maximize and grow revenue and profits by selling Grothouse Solid Wood Surfaces and product solutions to existing customers and acquiring new business. This position reports to the Director of Sales.

THIS JOB REQUIRES OVERNIGHT TRAVEL IN TERRITORY LISTED ABOVE, MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY WITH FRIDAY IN THE OFFICE EVERY WEEK. IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO TRAVEL OVERNIGHT WEEKLY, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

· Develop an in-depth knowledge of Grothouse core products via successful completion of required sales training program and utilize this knowledge to successfully sell Grothouse product solutions to new and existing customers in assigned territory.

· Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets.

· Optimize business development plan by working closely with Director of Sales to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency through development and prequalification of leads.

· Meet with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet customer needs.

· Continuously expand customer understanding of Grothouse product solutions and capabilities.

· Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers.

· Attend conferences and professional association meetings and promote Grothouse product solutions and brand

EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience

· Understanding the sales process and dynamics

· Commitment to excellent customer service

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

· Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to build repour with customers

· Demonstrated sales track record & quota attainment

· Ability to effectively utilize CRM to maintain and develop assigned territory

· Demonstrated effectiveness in new business development and lead qualification

· Ability to work effectively in a home-based environment

· Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory (80%)
