ManpowerGroup IT Project Manager - Business Intelligence Upgrade Tools in Glendale, Wisconsin

Job Overview:

Clarios is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the upgrade and enhancement of our Business Intelligence (BI) tools and infrastructure. This role will focus on ensuring that Clarios’s BI tools meet the growing demands of the business, improve data accessibility, and provide advanced analytics capabilities to drive better decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of BI tools upgrade projects. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Tool Assessment & Selection: Evaluate current BI tools and identify opportunities for upgrades or replacements. Lead the selection process for new BI tools, if necessary, ensuring they meet the technical and functional needs of the organization.

  • Integration & Data Migration: Manage the integration of new BI tools with existing systems and oversee data migration processes. Ensure that data integrity and quality are maintained throughout the transition.

  • Training & Change Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to support the adoption of upgraded BI tools. This includes creating training programs for end-users and providing ongoing support post-implementation.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to the BI tools upgrade and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to address any issues.

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the upgraded BI tools. Regularly report on project outcomes, user adoption, and any improvements in data-driven decision-making.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in BI technologies. Recommend and implement best practices to optimize Clarios’s BI capabilities continuously.

Measurable Project Success:

  • Successful upgrade and deployment of BI tools within the specified timeline and budget.

  • Improved data accessibility and analytics capabilities across the organization.

  • High user adoption rates and positive feedback from stakeholders on the upgraded BI tools.

  • Enhanced decision-making processes supported by accurate, timely, and actionable data.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Business Intelligence (BI) tools and infrastructure.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex BI upgrade projects in a large organization.

  • Strong understanding of BI tools, data warehousing, data integration, and analytics platforms.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

  • The project will need to address any unforeseen technical challenges, including data migration and system integration issues.
